OUR GRIEF SUPPORT MEETS AT THE FOLEY PUBLIC LIBRARY: Have you lost a child, spouse, parent, friend, or coworker? On Wednesdays, beginning February 5th (from 10:00 until11:30 p.m.) we will be offering this caring opportunity for you to receive support and strength to help you on your journey. As one recent attendee has shared, "It is a comfort to know we are not alone and that it will get better as we work through our grief." We've helped many individuals through the grieving process. We are committed to supporting YOUTH REACH- GULF COAST as one of our local missions. Youth-Reach Gulf Coast seeks to provide a fresh chance to young men ages 18-22 by introducing them to Jesus, giving them a quality education and teaching them valuable life skills. Facilitated by screened, experienced and respected staff members, Youth-Reach is a long-term program intended to heal past wounds and restore families. SCHOOL UNIFORM OUTREACH - Because of the steadily increasing need to help families prepare their children for school each year as well as during the year, Peace Lutheran Church offers a School Uniform Ministry to help families get ready for the first day of school. A referral for the student is necessary from one of the following:
- Christian Service Center
- Ecumenical Ministries
- Catholic Social Services
- Area churches
- Counselors in the Baldwin County Public Schools, and other appropriate sources.
